What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Shop Setup/Operators position at AAkron Rule Corp?
AAkron Rule Corp is searching for a Print Shop Setup/Operator to be part of an established team in a fast-paced environment, responsible for performing various tasks and operations. This team member provides support within the Print Shop and reports to the Print Shop Lead. Potential pay increase during the first 90 days if criteria are met.
Job Duties
Expectations
1. Learn to mount cuts and set up chases in Print Shop.
2. Learn to make machine adjustments on all print shop equipment and print product.
3. Learn to make type and maintain Ludlow.
4. Learn set up of lacquering equipment.
5. Learn set up of bagger & metal edging machine.
6. Be able to train new employees on set ups after learning process is completed.
Skills/ Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Basic mechanical skills a plus
- Interpersonal skills, with willingness to constructively address issues
- Flexibility to learn, to accept new challenges, and to perform multiple role
- Team player, offering help without being asked wherever the help is needed
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 - $18.00 per hour
