Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time | Glendale, CA | Templeton, CA
Pyles & Associates is seeking passionate BCBAs to deliver evidence-based care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
- Supervise and train behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families across home, day program, and group home settings
- Monitor client progress and ensure quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Active BCBA license
- MA/MS or Doctorate in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field (current master's students considered)
- Valid CA driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the US
- Bilingual skills a plus
Compensation:
- Entry-Level: $72,800–$82,000
- Experienced: $83,000–$87,000 $5K retention bonus
- Shift differentials available
