Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Dunedin, Clearwater, Pinellas Park or Largo, FL area. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in clinic, home, and/or school environments, providing direct support to individuals with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your contribution and is committed to your growth and success whether you are a new or experienced RBT or a student working to become a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and school settings.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective care.
- Participate in training and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both clinic and school settings.
