Position Schedule
We are currently hiring for afternoon shifts, with availability required Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
Role Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children and seeking long-term growth in the field of ABA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Accurately collect data and maintain session documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow team members
