- What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Follow treatment plans crafted by experienced BCBAs
- Collect accurate behavioral data to track progress
- Work closely with families and clinical teams to ensure quality care

- Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Passionate about supporting children with autism
- Patient, reliable, and eager to learn
- Willing to complete a 40-hour RBT course (unpaid)
- Committed to a minimum 6-month work period
