IT TESTER

The scope of the proposed services will include the following :

• Primarily serve as a quality assurance software tester
• Reviewing requirements and / or user stories to develop and execute test cases, scenarios and / or scripts
• Document and report test outcomes, including logging bugs or defects
• Develop a test plan, monitor and report progress, and identify and manage dependencies
• Testing all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications and user stories. Ex : usability, functionality, exploratory, system, smoke, monkey, and compatibility testing
• Coordinate test activities, including technical and security testing, with other team members and OTS verticals
• Provide technical / non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes.
• Develop and / or assist with project work plans, timelines, status reports, release notes, and other documentation; disseminate information as needed.
• Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.

Expertise and / or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory :

On-Site Facility – Louisiana State Office Building location (Baton Rouge, Louisiana)
