What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Concrete Superintendent position at Abbey Bridges Construction Co?
Manage all aspects of concrete structures including foundations, elevated formwork cycles, cranes, layout and controls, placing, consolidating and finishing concrete best practices.
Supervise and develop labor personnel
Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents
Act as the quality control
Manage Time sheets
Willing to travel
Individuals MUST HAVE experience in the majority of the following:
footings
foundations
forms (various types)
cast-in-place walls
slabs
columns
site work
vertical & flatwork concrete
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical documents, cost reports, legal and regulatory documents and plans, drawings, specifications, and scope of work
