Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Make-Ready Technician. We offer Bonus/Medical/Dental/Vision/Vacation/Holiday/Sick/401(k)
Job responsibilities include:
Assist in changing or removing appliances from the apartment.
Check, repair or replace faucets, sinks, plugs, tiles, bathtubs, washer, or dryer
Assist with painting and caulking
Repair or replace curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.
Repair plaster holes in walls and paint as necessary.
Change A/C filters and inspect HVAC unit and report repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor
Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
Assist with apartment trash-out, property ground cleaning.
Must be available for 24 hours on-call emergency maintenance.
Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of (1) year multifamily maintenance experience and prefer HVAC certification as well. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance is required.
