Responsibilities
- Developing and monitoring employee section assignments.
- Hiring qualified staff and oversee training of new staff
- Handle patient inquiries, addressing concerns and providing clear instructions
- Creating an effective staff schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Creating and adjusting resident care plans.
- Monitor residents wellbeing, identifying potential issues and escalating concerns as needed
