Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work one-on-one with children in clinical, home, and community settings to help them develop essential life skills.
- Collect and record detailed data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist children in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills for greater independence.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background check.
