Position Description
 
Title:                  Office Coordinator
Reports to:       Chief Operating Officer
 
Essential duties and responsibilities. 
  • Coordinates activities of a busy front desk by answering phones for all locations/departments as well as greets walk in customers and visitors.
  • Works with Sales and Service teams at delivery of sold vehicles, including preparation of delivery documents and release of vehicle.
  • Arranges transportation to and from airport for any customers/drivers needing assistance prior to pick up of a purchase.
  • Periodically sends mass mailings to customers or employees as requested. Assists other departments as needed (i.e. mail/postage, shipments).
  • Strong computer skills (MS office) needed to update records in between phone calls and walk in customers.
  • Responsible for dealer tag and company vehicle registration renewals.
  • Ensures that the reception area is always neat and clean. 
  • Orders and coordinates office and cleaning supplies for Florida location.
  • Coordinate any charity events at Florida location throughout the year.
  • Back up to bank deposits when local management is not available to process.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Notary public is a plus
 
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to frequently move items weighing at least 10 pounds
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Infrequently positions self and move about in the office area
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc.
