What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher Aide position at ABC Growing Tree?
We are looking for a Teacher’s Aide who can work Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
The candidate for this position needs to have the following:
· Must have experience.
· Must have a New Jersey Substitute Certification.
The Aide’s responsibilities are the following:
· Assist Head Teacher
· Apply a variety of educational techniques to teach the children.
· Observe each child and report any learning or developmental issues to the Head Teacher, Director, and parents.
· Must follow the Day Care and the Office of Licensing rules
· Must have a strong work ethic.
· Be patient, energetic, and caring; you should love working with children.
· Must be fun, loving, hard-working, and motivated to give it their all.

Please do not apply unless you have the required experience. The candidate must be 18 years of age or older. Experience in childcare is required. The candidate must be able to speak and write English. The candidate must have knowledge of child development. If hired, professional development classes will be offered.
