As Account Executive, manage and grow existing clients and sell new business in the North American territory by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing and closing sales, and recommending new sales strategies.
- Manage key accounts through senior level decision makers
- Develop market and account specific strategies to manage and grow existing clients and identify and close new business
- Meet and exceed annual sales quota for both revenue and margin
- Collaborate with customer service to ensure that ABCorp delivers the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction
- Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results. Identify needs to be filled and monitor competitive products.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to develop new prospects and deepen relationships with current customers
- Collaborate with all relevant departments to deliver required solutions to customers on time and exceed customer expectations
- Report on sales performance, the weekly pipeline, and 90-day forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of account management and development, and new business sales experience, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Strong background in managing large complex accounts requiring competing customer facing and internal priorities
- Ability to manage large complex accounts and multi-task for both customer facing and internal priorities
