Starting Salary
The starting pay is $17.75 per hour. To qualify for a higher pay rate, the candidate will have to provide documentation of relevant experience and qualifications.

About the Role
As a Community Coach, you will play a vital role in implementing a range of programs and activities that promote language, motor development, and social skills for children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with individuals who may have moderate behavior issues and ensure their safety and engagement in our Center programs.
Qualifications
Skills and Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably those with special needs, or relevant education in special education or related fields.
- A warm, friendly, and positive personality that resonates with children and adults alike.
- Effective communication skills to interact with a diverse group including children, parents, and staff.
- A commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment.
- Ability to fulfill physical demands including lifting, assisting in swimming pools, etc.
- Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
Work Schedule
Part Time position, 20-25hrs per week
Afternoon shifts, 2:00pm - 6:00pm
