Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or have the ability to get licensed within 2 weeks.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to work with colleagues towards common goals.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable learning and working with software/quoting systems, softphones, email and internet.
Salary : $55,000 - $90,000
