Occupational Therapist PRN
Opened in the Spring of 2021, The Club at Lake Gibson is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located minutes away from the intersection of US 98 and the I-4 interstate. Our community is full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.
Our community has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing the needs of all individuals, carrying out a progressive treatment program, recording all pertinent information regarding the occupational therapy program, providing consultation to the nursing staff, and participating in utilization review to coordinate a total patient plan of care. The ideal Occupational Therapist will share our vision to provide the very best in patient care.

Qualifications:
- Must have a Minimum of Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and maintain a current license in our state.
- Must be registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc., as designated by the initials O.T.R.
- One full year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is desired.
- Ability to relate to and motivate patients for productivity.
- Able to cooperate with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, students, and other staff.
- We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
