The Customer Service Clerk is responsible for tracking and addressing parking patron
concerns as directed by the Supervisor. This role also involves handling patron and
client concerns related to patron issues.
Pay: $20.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and address parking patron concerns in accordance with the Supervisor’s
instructions.
- Respond to and resolve patron and client concerns received each day.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patrons and clients regarding
issues and resolutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
- Identify trends in customer concerns and recommend solutions.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss customer concerns and process
improvements related to refunds.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and trend-recognition skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
- Comfortable speaking in meetings and presenting findings or updates.
- Minimum 3 years of related customer service experience preferred.
