The Floor Care Technician position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Pay: $17.55 and up, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
- Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
- Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).
- Willing to complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive building security clearance.
- Must be a Permanent Resident or a US Citizen Only
- Must have at least 1 year Floor Tech experience
- Must be able to work in a busy fast pace environment
