Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk and Communications Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for guests, clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing office operations. This role includes answering phones, stocking materials, handling tasks via our systems, managing package acceptance and logging, and supporting seamless guest communications.


Location: Park City, UT 


Job Type: Full Time; In-Person

Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Communications
    • Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Provide personalized local recommendations and insights to enhance guest experiences.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Task Management 
    • Use our systems to review, prioritize, and respond to tasks assigned.
    • Create, assign, and monitor guest service tasks within the platform.
    • Communicate issues, requests, and updates effectively to ensure resolution.
  • Front Desk & Office Supplies  
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, guests, and visitors, providing a warm and professional experience.
    • Maintain a well-stocked office with essential supplies, including snacks and toiletries.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders to ensure a seamless office experience.
    • Keep the reception area neat and organized to reflect the company’s luxury brand.
  • Package Handling
    • Manage incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring they are tracked and logged accurately.
    • Notify recipients through our platform and update related order and package tasks.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.

  • Shadowing & Practice: Work closely with experienced team members to learn processes and best practices.
  • Hands-On Learning: Begin managing guest communications, office supplies, and package handling under supervision.
  • Task Familiarity: Build confidence in creating and managing tasks.
  • Feedback & Development: Participate in regular check-ins with your supervisor to review progress and refine your skills.
