Responsibilities:
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to define and capture requirements
- Organize and prioritize features and stories and assist in the project roadmap definition
- Interpret existing backend API capabilities as a model layer
- Manage requirement changes and integrate with the change management process
- Work with the test team to ensure requirements test coverage and PM for tracking and reporting
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on business analysis experience
- Expertise in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized
- Expertise in thoroughly documenting system requirements, uncovering missing and incomplete requirements, and various edge cases
- Effective collaboration with the extended team with the ability to facilitate working sessions and workshops.
- Excellent communicator with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand business domains
- Expertise in epics and story definition and using contemporary tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Domain modeling skills
- Self-driven, team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
