Litigation Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our Rochester office.
Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. This role requires strong oral communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients, court staff, adversaries, and witnesses. The ideal candidate is a true team player who is genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Candidates should have experience handling all phases of litigation, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, conducting legal research, taking depositions, and appearing in court. Experience in matters involving employment and labor law, business disputes, real property, contract disputes, and other general civil and commercial litigation is strongly preferred.

What You Will Need
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New York
- 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
- Writing sample required prior to interview
- Ability to work comfortably with senior management and colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Salary: $115,000 commensurate with experience
- Expected range: $115,000–$145,000
