What Youll Do
Youll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, making sure our center runs like clockwork so our clinical teams can shine.
- Lead and support our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and admin team
- Manage daily operations-scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more
- Partner with HR for training and staff development
- Track performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Handle caregiver concerns and team communication
- Plan community events and team culture initiatives
- Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance
Youre a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3-5 years of team management experience
- Are highly organized, people-savvy, and solution-oriented
- Know (or are willing to learn) about ABA therapy
- Bonus points for an RBT certification, HIPAA knowledge, and remote team experience
