Construction Estimator


Summary of Position

Absher's Estimator assists in development of Cost Estimates.   They solicit subcontractor pricing or bids and are able to prepare scopes of work for all trade contractors.   The position performs routine daily activities and gathers and distributes information.  They must be able to meet critical deadlines, accurately obtain quantities for building components and have the ability to work as part of a team.
