STARTING RATE: $14.20
SHIFT: Part-Time, Evening Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Concierge welcomes new residents, their families, and visitors to the facility courteously and respectfully.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with new residents and complete admission paperwork
- Contact families or emergency contact for any additional information needed for new residents
- Share a list of facility extensions to the family members
- Organize and maintain admission paperwork and distribute it to the business office department
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years older
- Must have a positive attitude, adaptable, energetic, outgoing, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work varying shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
