- Ability to tailor communication and support strategies based on individual needs.
3. Knowledge of Disability Laws

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with individuals with diverse communication styles and preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Interview clients to learn about their educational and work experiences.
- Conduct aptitude and personality assessments
- Provide information on various career paths and opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews.
- Assist with creating strong resumes.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Career Counselor/Care Provider is preferred.
- Awareness and understanding of cultural and societal differences.
- Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and best practices in career counseling methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
