Window and Door Replacement Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, your leads will be generated for you. You have the opportunity to generate your own leads, if you already have previous relationships in the industry. You will engage in intelligent conversations with potential customers about our company and its proven process. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and is comfortable with a customer saying "no", able to communicate professionally with a diverse group of people, highly money motivated, optimistic and extremely organized.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop expert knowledge of our products and the services that we provide.
- Measure the windows and doors and draw a rough floorplan.
- Provide clear documents and requirements necessary for the Installation and Administrative departments to process the project that was sold.
- You will be trained to use our industry specific CRM. You will be able to track your leads, sales, and appointments all in one system.
- Follow up with past potential customers, and discuss missed opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
