Contract Administrator-
Seeking candidates with experience in maintaining contracts or accounts payable. This position will handle will review and draft agreements, contracts, and documents as needed. It will also track pending contracts and assist with invoicing and purchase order processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contractual documents, purchase agreements, and subcontracts as needed.
- Track and maintain pending contracts and executed agreements.
- Assist with accounts payable invoicing and purchase order processes as needed.
- Collect and review insurance certificates, lien releases, and compliance documents.
- Review proposed changes to contract terms and work through approval processes with internal teams.
- Review and enter purchase agreements, budgets, subcontracts, and vendor information into internal systems.
- Process insurance requests and maintain documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
