It is a position that can have a significant personal and professional impact and offers an opportunity to work with many great colleagues.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESThis position requires an individual with a related college degree and at least 10 years of progressive accounting and leadership experience. Previous project costing and ERP experience is required with a preference for architectural, engineering, or construction firm experience. This is a high-level trusted position interacting with a wide variety of firm leadership and ownership. The position reports to the CFO and leads a strong accounting team of four. The position requires strong communication, financial analysis, process, and organization skills. Deltek Vision, BI, automation experience a plus.The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:Full monthly close and reportingManagement of all accounting functionsDaily cash management, tracking, and reporting on debt covenantsOversight of various audits, including an annual internal review auditMonthly revenue projectionsOversight of project budgeting.
