Seeking home health, palliative and/or hospice Community Liaisons in Orange County and Los Angeles County.

Job Duties:
- Reports to the Director, works closely with the Interdisciplinary Group, Intake Coordinator and office staff.
- Responsible for educating the community and our partners regarding our healthcare services.
- Developing and presenting educational information.
- Meeting with community professionals to address questions.
- Prepare and conduct in-services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Healthcare Sales Professional. Experience in home health, hospice required.
- Two year experience in health care sales and marketing.

- Strong knowledge of the Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative philosophies, industry, and regulations relevant to job responsibilities.
Pay structure:
- Competitive Compensation: $85,0000 - $95,000 Bonus
