- This is a remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of specialty pharmacy is preferred.
Position Purpose: Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues
- Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach
- Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
