Accardi Foods, Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Assistant Overnight Manager. This is a full-time role located in Medford, MA. The role involves assisting in overseeing overnight warehouse operations, with a primary focus on managing the order picking staff. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency and food safety in our fast paced food service distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the overnight order picking team
- Ensure accurate, timely and efficient order fulfilment
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and staffing levels
- Operate warehouse equipment when needed
- Utilize warehouse management systems
- Enforce safety, food handling and company policies.
