Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Epicor ERP Specialist with hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic to support our enterprise resource planning systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations, accounting principles, and ERP project lifecycles, including upgrades and implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Epicor ERP, with a focus on Kinetic modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify and implement ERP solutions
- Participate in Epicor upgrade and implementation projects, ensuring business continuity and system optimization
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with best ERP practices
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides for ERP functions and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in data migration, testing, and validation during ERP changes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epicor enhancements and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- (5 years of relevant ERP experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP; Kinetic experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business operations and accounting principles within an ERP-enabled manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in ERP implementations, upgrades, and support projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Epicor BPMs, BAQs, SSRS reporting
- Knowledge of SQL Server and data integrations
- Exposure to other ERP systems or multi-site ERP environments
