Role Overview
The Part Time Marketing Role is called the Marketing Liaison and is a motivated and resourceful “people-person” who acts as a bridge builder between our customers and our coaching staff. The ML enjoys meeting new and exciting people, thrives in a supportive environment, and values human relationships.

As a Marketing Liaison, you will:
- Pre-Qualify Discovery Calls: Clients schedule 15 and 30 minute calls with us to see if we are a “Fit” to work together. You would take those calls, ask a few questions, and transfer the call.
- Email Nurture: You’ll send emails out to our list and invite them to our next event. You’ll respond to those who reply and get them the info that they need, answering queries, and directing them to more information.
- Doctor Outreach: You’ll contact our Doctors from time to time to update their contact info, aware them of new workshops, luncheons, or webinars.
- Event Support: Coordinate with registrants, providing them with relevant information, answering queries, and ensuring they’re set up for success.
- Administrative Assistance: Maintain and update the doctor’s contact list, send out follow-up emails, and manage schedules for events or workshops.
- Flexibility: Work part-time hours that fit into your busy lifestyle. Whether you’re balancing family or personal commitments, this role is designed with you in mind.
