Key Responsibilities
Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.
Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces) and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification are required. Some projects may lack food facilities, so bringing meals and snacks is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Check for accuracy and package items for shipment
- Track inventory of packaging materials
- Order stock when needed
- Move large quantities of parts with a pallet jack and shrink‑wrap multiple pallets by hand daily.
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to work as a team to accomplish daily and weekly goals
- Strong work ethic with great attendance, punctuality, and initiative
- Ability to prioritize workflow, manage time, and meet productivity requirements
- Capable of quality control and confirming accuracy of parts
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
