You are:
Business Analyst
Business Analyst is responsible for developing a comprehensive knowledge of mortgage operations generally, and the VA LGY program specifically, to help develop high quality software that achieves the desired outcomes of our client.
The person in this role will create vision documents, requirements documents, user stories, test cases, test scripts, and other documents in the software development lifecycle.
- Elicit input from multiple stakeholders and synthesize feedback to create technical work products and drive outcomes
- Create high quality, comprehensive work products, such as: vision and scope documents, business requirements, user stories, technical specifications, test cases, source to target mappings and test scripts
- Contribute to maintaining an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible
- Help coach and teach team members.
- Translate and simplify requirements to better enable those less familiar with the subject matter to be successful
- Lead meetings, facilitate sessions, and participate in agile ceremonies
- Understand multiple integrations including the triggers, timing, directionality, and data exchanged
- Use tools such as Postman to assist with integration testing
- Work with developers directly to remediate defects and clarify testing objectives
- Work with automated testing team to ensure full coverage between automated and manual functional testing
- Work side-by-side with end users to validate requirements and resolve conflicts
Required:
- Experience with the Agile software development methodology.
- Experience with requirements capture and writing user stories
- Good SQL scripting knowledge is required for source data analyses to support data requirements elicitation and perform basic data retrieval using SQL and table joins
- Experience w/data analytics

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $82,400- $154800
Colorado: $82,400- $133,700
New York: $76,300- $154,800
Washington State: $88,800- $142,300
Salary : $105,000 - $147,100
