DescriptionBASIC FUNCTIONThe Digital Specialist will oversee digital content and execution to promote Q Casino Resort and its amenities, and other brands under the DRA umbrella through various digital channels. This role will manage numerous social media accounts, websites, apps, podcasts, and intranet. The Digital Specialist will implement online tools that promote our properties and boost customer engagement. They also build digital campaigns, optimize online platforms, and establish measurable metrics to maximize effectiveness. Immerse in a fast-paced but collaborative environment.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to : CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTell our brand story to internal and external audiences in ways that engage and have impactStrategic thinking about how to best tell the story that will connect with the audience and inform, inspire, and elicit desired actionDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow following and engagementOwn social media calendar clearly aligning cadence, messaging, and audienceCoordinate digital media placements such as SEO, boosts, display, video, etc.Understand social media analytics and the ability to interpret data for optimal performanceMaintain company websites and apps contentCollaborate with internal and external partners on any digital platform developmentOversee CRM in producing and executing effective email marketing campaignsSupport Marketing and other internal teams by providing digital solutions such as development of digital media campaigns that support entertainment, promotional offers, events, outlets, etc.Utilize workflow management system and manage digital asset libraryIncorporate best practices and learning's across platforms, and keep up with digital media trendsEstablish KPIs and produce reports outs to leadershipCollaborate with Creative Services and other team members on marketing needs for a holistic and consistent approachEnsure the brand, vision and guidelines are adhered to, creating a cohesive and consistent brand in all marketing materialsCompliance with all federal, state and local regulations, Internal Controls and company and departmental policies and procedures. Additionally, contribute to the establishment of said policies as needed.Other tasks as requested by managementEDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEProficient in using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.Strong understanding analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-makingKnowledge of SEO principles and experience with optimizing content for search enginesBA or AA in Marketing, Communications or related field, OR 2 years?? experience within digital ecosystemExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem solving and multi-tasking abilitiesKnowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookSkilled in content creation tools a plus but not requiredSTANDARDS OF PERFORMANCEAdvanced experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brandsProven track record of growing social media followings and increasing engagement metricsAbility to handle multiple priorities, meet tight timelines / deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and outstanding execution of projectsExcellent copy writing skills and editing in brand voiceStrong organizational skills, and highly detail oriented with a dedication to producing quality resultsAble and willing to work non-traditional schedules occasionally, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPortfolio showcasing examples of your work such as social media posts a plusMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSVehicle, driver??s license and insurance requiredAbility to obtain IRGC licenseWORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONSGeneral office environmentOccasional smoke environment (in casino)Occasional loud environment (in casino)Occasional travel is requiredEQUIPMENT AND TOOLSGeneral office equipment including, but not limited to : Computer, Conference Technology, Printer and Telephone, Copier, Large Format Printer, and Postage MachinePrimary Contact
