Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales, Finance & Accounting (F&A) will focus on the new lead generation selling our Finance and Accounting Outsourcing services. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Solutions within Access Healthcare Services. The VP of Sales, F&A, will collaborate with the SVP and other senior leaders to ensure sales and revenue goals are achieved and participate in customer negotiations.
This role will bring a strong F&A acumen along with outstanding management, strategic and analytical abilities and a demonstrated track record of leadership gained from within a F&A operations or F&A consulting environment. The successful candidate will bring significant expertise in consulting and selling F&A services such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank Reconciliation, Treasury, Payroll, Record to Report, Fixed Assets, FP&A, Taxations, Audit and Assurance, Statutory reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop sales forecasting and strategies for new lead generation and achieving goals.
- Participate in strategic account planning by defining sales processes that drive desired sales, achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor clients, market trends, and competitor activity to provide feedback to leadership team and other company functions.
- Proactively generate, shape, sell, and close deals.
- Articulate a captivating and differentiating value proposition to the client, that aligns to their business needs and Access Healthcare’s mission and services.
- Prepare and conduct negotiations including debriefs internally and with the client.
- Engage leadership as appropriate and lead deals through the approval process.
- Work closely with various departments such as marketing and client services to develop a pipeline of new/add-on business opportunities.
- Increase opportunities across all service lines, taking accountability throughout the sales cycle of new business opportunities.
- This position may require travel as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Participate in Trade shows and Events as and when required for lead generation activities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required.
- Must have at least 5-7 years of Finance and Accounting sales, consulting, operations experience in a back-office Finance and Accounting organization.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Analytics platforms preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This position will require travel as needed
