Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time, with opportunities for overtime
Pay: $20.00/hr.-$23.00/hr.
Shift differential available.

Basic Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to clearly communicate and read, write, and understand English
- Able to attend required training (training hours are paid)
- Ability to pass and maintain an acceptable background check
- Employees must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated (SARS CO-V2) by their start date
Principal Responsibilities for this position:
- Exhibit professionalism while maintaining positive attitude as you assist each individual with their specific needs
- Physically assist clients with maintaining their homes and personal property so that they experience a clean, safe, and healthy environment
- Provide varying levels of personal care for adults with developmental disabilities
- Adhere to state and agency administrative and personnel policies while supporting the vision, goals and values of Access Living, Inc.
- Maintain required training and certifications and annual continuing education credits
- Responsible for accurate, routine documentation of client care & procedures
- Some clients require physical support with transferring.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Shift availability: Access Living offers full-time and part-time (24-28 hours/week) schedules. We can accommodate a variety of scheduling needs.
