What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Access Skilled Resources, Inc.?
Must pass background check and drug screening.
SCHEDULE: MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK THE DAY SHIFT (6:00AM TO 6:00PM) OR THE NIGHT SHIFT (6:00PM TO 6:00AM).
THE NORMAL WEEKLY SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-THURSDAY. OVERTIME ON THE WEEKENDS MAY BE EXPECTED BASED ON WORKLOAD.

- MUST HAVE A HIGH WILLINGNESS TO LEARN
- MUST TAKE INITIATIVE AND HAVE A HIGH DRIVE TO SUCCEED
- MUST HAVE GREAT LISTENING SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
- PREVIOUS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
- STABLE WORK TENURE IS IMPORTANT. ENSURE THE WORK HISTORY DEMONSTRATES LONGEVITY IN PREVIOUS ROLES.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist operators in heat treat and straightener areas
- Apply stencils, paint, and stamps to drill pipe
- Perform basic maintenance and cut test samples
- Work safely and maintain a clean environment
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
