AccessPoint RI is a nonprofit organization located in Cranston, RI. Empowering people of differing abilities to claim and enjoy their right to dignity, respect, equality, and choice throughout their lives. We are actively seeking a Job Coach for our Supported Employment Program.
- Instruct, train, and monitor participants in community employment and training.
- Assist participants in learning job tasks.
- Assist participants in establishing community employment relationships, schedules, and adherence to work policy.
- Support participants, as needed to ensure success on the job.
- Problem solve issues with participants and employers.
- Transport participants to and from work.
- Create and manage the work schedule for are participants.
- Collaborate with coworkers on ideas and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply.
- Completed High School Diploma.
- Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Must pass a State Background Check.
- Have access to reliable transportation and an insured vehicle.
- Required to read, write, and speak in English.
Salary : $20 - $22
