Overview:

Accident Centers of Texas is a multidisciplinary practice providing Physical therapy and chiropractic related to services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and increasing revenue streams by fostering relationships with accident attorneys and other relevant establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing expertise, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare and legal service markets. This is on the field position.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with accident attorneys, insurance companies, rehabilitation centers, and other relevant businesses to generate referrals and partnerships.
  • Develop strategic alliances and referral networks to drive patient referrals and increase revenue for the company.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the physician's (Chiropractic, Physical Therapists, MD, NP) services to targeted audiences, including accident victims, legal professionals, and healthcare providers.
  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored to attract and engage target audiences effectively.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Work with digital team for digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online directories, to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.

Event Coordination and Networking:

  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops targeting attorneys, insurance adjusters, and other potential referral sources to build relationships and promote the physician's services.
  • Represent the company office at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand awareness and foster partnerships.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor marketing and business development activities, track key performance metrics, and analyze ROI to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in a physician's office or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal services market, including accident and personal injury cases, and familiarity with medical terminology and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
