Project Estimator

Project Estimator – Full-Time
Location: Greater Pittsburgh Region (On-Site)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Project Estimator to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. This role is key in helping us win and deliver successful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and specs to develop accurate cost estimates
• Perform takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Request and compare bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Build full project estimates (labor, materials, equipment, overhead)
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
• Ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and client presentations
• Keep cost data and subcontractor lists updated
• Evaluate project-specific needs (permits, taxes, wage requirements, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of experience in estimating, budgeting, or cost management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and estimating tools
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to review plans and conduct site visits
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
