What: A HIRING EVENT ON JANUARY 21ST, 2025 AND BECOME A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Accord will be hosting an open house hiring event and give direct offers out the same day to qualified individual. No need to come in more than once for an interview.
We will provide laptops and other additional items to complete our online application.
This position also offers a $500 BONUS once you pass the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) certification, within your first 60 days of employment.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or other disabilities preferred
- Comfortable helping people with hygiene and medical routines when needed
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and people skills
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
- Must be able to pass and maintain Federal DOT certification
- Approved Background check is required
- Ability to pass and maintain all required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and Positive
