Payroll Specialist

SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Senior Payroll Specialist on a contract basis. The Senior Payroll Specialist will work on a team of 4 people for over 1500 employees.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications :

• The Senior Payroll Specialist must have Union payroll experience.
• The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling weekly payroll.
• The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for monthly union fringes to make certain all GL reconciliations are accurate.
• The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing new hire employees into the company ERP.
• The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and filing taxes and union reports.
• The Senior Payroll Specialist will audit payroll entries to ensure compliance across all state and federal laws.

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation for this position starts in the range of $35-50 / hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include :
