Join our fast-paced HR Consulting team as a Human Resources Administrator! In this position you will dive into a variety of HR tasks, from onboarding to benefits administration, all while upholding professionalism and confidentiality. Reporting directly to one of our HR Managers, you'll work closely to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
General HR Responsibilities :
Maintain HR systems and personnel files through data input and updating confidential employee files
Administer and coordinate employee benefits, and retirement plans, leave of absence including year-end administration
Process internal semi-monthly payroll
Internal performance management and salary review administration through iSolved
Maintain ARI HR SharePoint to ensure all updated HR documentation is available to ARI staff
Perform HR compliance audits and remediation, internally and for assigned HR clients
Monitor / update HR forms as necessary through guidance provided by HR team members
Prepare various reports from HR systems and analyze data as requested
Stay up to date with all federal, state, and local guidelines related to HR administration
On-boarding, and Off-boarding Responsibilities :
Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork and coordinate the pre-hire process for internal hires and assigned HR clients
Setup new hires in HRIS and benefits systems
Conduct new hire onboarding, including benefits enrollments
Coordinate exit interview process for employees and communicate exit information about benefits to employees and coordinate COBRA notices
Qualifications and Skills / Experience :
Minimum of 2-4 years of prior HR administrative experience
Demonstrated experience with various HRIS, iSolved experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements
Prior experience with pre-hire documentation, onboarding new employees, and benefits administration
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Maintains professional composure during high-pressure situations.
Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail
Able to work with sensitive information and maintain the strictest confidence
Strong ability to work independently while seeking direction when necessary
Professional written and oral communication skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
