Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Training Programs:
o Create, implement, and update training materials, troubleshooting guidelines, and process control documentation.
- Employee Training and Development:
o Conduct comprehensive training for new hires and existing employees on machinery, production processes, and company standards.
o Evaluate employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement development plans.
- Operational Support:
o Assist with machine setups, order changeovers, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Production Monitoring and Process Oversight:
o Monitor production to ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards.
o Support process documentation, auditing, and start-up procedures to ensure operational consistency.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
o Serve as a technical resource to production staff, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities:
o Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
o Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in bag manufacturing or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
o Expertise in machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
o Strong understanding of process control and quality assurance standards.
- Training & Leadership Skills:
o Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
o Experience in evaluating performance and implementing actionable improvement plans.
- Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and train employees effectively.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
