JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title Employment Status Reports to Receptionist reports to Data Security and Owner
Seasonal position to start training January of 2024 with a company Christmas lunch on December 22nd
POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing visitors, vendors, clients, and customers to appropriate locations and parties. Notifies correct personnel of visitor arrival. May operate a single or multiple position telephone switchboard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner along with text messages
● Performing related clerical work such as typing, filing, and sorting mail distribution
● Using applicable software programs to create inventories, letters, and other business-related documents
● Ensuring rooms are organized and tidy
● Providing administrative support when needed
● Managing and ordering office supplies
● May coordinate businesses lunches and other related duties
● Performing other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
● Two years of reception experience (or equivalent customer related ability)
● Prior administrative office management experience (preferred)
● Proficient in Google docs and specifically Google sheets
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Excellent customer relationship skills
