- Ability to translate business and community needs into technical requirements and manage project timelines from kickoff to go-live.
- Previous experience gathering requirements, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and working in matrixed environments.
- Local to the Charlotte metro area with the ability to be onsite in Mooresville periodically to lead in-person meetings and team updates.
