What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Manager position at ACCU-FAB, INC.?
A full time Quality Manager is wanted at Accu-Fab, Inc. a sheet metal contract manufacturer located in Raleigh, NC.
This position has the following responsibilities:
- Supervise all employees in the Quality department
- Ensure that our QMS conforms to ISO standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain systems to establish standard procedures
- Handling of customer complaints
- Define Quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff and perform training
- Creating and documenting inspection criteria and procedures to align objectives with corporate goals
- Have an advanced knowledge of Quality processes, procedures and ISO Standards
- Have an advanced knowledge or Microsoft Office software, excel in problem solving, and customer service
- Have good communication skills and have an attention to detail and work well on a team in an office environment
You must have:
- A BS degrees or equivalent experience/education combination
- A Minimum of 5 years Metal Fabrication experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of Quality related experience including supervisory/management experience
