Job
Summary: The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the
building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects. Performs
duties related to electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care,
and preparing resident rooms. Applies
knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies. Demonstrates
high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing
rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team
members. Qualifications:
